Pastor CeCe McCoo embraces the challenges and opportunity to serve the community and the congregation of True Fellowship Church, Madison, IL. With a passion for God’s people, a strong sensitivity to the Spirit of God, and the ability to flow in the spirit of excellence, she has blessed many churches, ministries, and prisons around the country and abroad. Accepting her call to the mission field, Pastor CeCe has served in Uganda, Kenya, Nairobi, Puerto Rico, Amsterdam, Brazil, and Japan. In addition to serving in the local church, Pastor CeCe has served with Bishop T.D. Jakes’ Prison Ministry and as Missouri State Director of Evangelism, Missouri State Administrator, and as a member of the International Evangelism Team for the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International under the vision of Bishop Paul S. Morton Sr.
Pastor McCoo studied Mass Communications at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Edwardsville, IL where she became a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. She has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Bible and Christian Ministry from St. Louis Christian College and a Master's of Art in Biblical Counseling from Missouri Baptist University. Pastor CeCe is also a very proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and currently serves as the President of the Women Marines Association, St. Louis Area Chapter.
Pastor CeCe is the Founder/CEO of Ask Seek Knock Ministries (ASK), Inc. a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization that serves as the parent ministry of PreacherWoman, B.R.A.N.C.H.E.S, First Gentlemen's Club, and R.O.S.E. Mentoring. Professionally, her love for and gift of administration has afforded her opportunities to strengthen the administrative and fiscal management of several nonprofit organizations in the St. Louis region. For more than a decade, Pastor CeCe served as a police chaplain for several police departments around the St. Louis area, which further endorses her commitment to enhance and support positive community engagement.
Pastor McCoo is the wife of Elder Lawrence D. McCoo. Marine! Minister! Mouthpiece! Undeniably, being a mother to her only child, Jaison, is her greatest pleasure. She counts traveling with her husband, Jaison and his beautiful wife, Danielle, as her most valued time. Their family motto is, “Our family lives by faith and in the favor of God.” She enjoys reading, movies, international travels, the hugs and smiles of children, and word games.

Pastor Cynthia Rogers, who is the founder of CDM Mind And Body, is featured in the September issue of Ebony magazine for the annual health awareness event and 5K race. She is recognized on her contributions on Faith and fitness.
Elder Cynthia Ann Rogers is an ordained elder and loving wife to William Rogers, who serves as Pastor of Christ Deliverance Ministry in St. Louis, Missouri. Along with CDM Mind And Body, Elder Rogers also serves as founder and organizer of the Women Of the Word Ministry that helps to educate and empower women in the areas of faith, family, health and finances. She has had the opportunity to serve as the guest speaker at a number of informational workshops and is sought after for her unique gift of interpreting and relating Biblical principles to God's people.
Elder Rogers is a graduate of Homer G. Phillips School of Radiology, has an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts, an Associate's Degree in Theology from the Living Word Bible College, and is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. She has been featured in such media outlets as St. Louis Magazine, The Post-Dispatch, Fox 2 News, and STL TV Live, to name a few. Christ Deliverance Ministry was also recognized by the White House and President Barack Obama for its community contribution in health awareness and education.
Elder Rogers is the perfect example of a modern-day "Virtuous Woman". She is a loving wife, proud mother of two sons: Gregory (Tangelia) and Tommie, Jr., and one granddaughter, Lyric, of Los Angeles, California.
Dr. Stacey Mims is a native of St. Louis, MO. receiving her early education in the Normandy School District.
Dr. Mims earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, MO. She holds a Master of Divinity degree from Eden Theological Seminary in Webster Groves, MO. She has also earned a DMin in Leadership Development from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, OH. She has received her credentials for substance abuse for faith based organizations sponsored by the United States Drug Enforcement Administration, Missouri Department of Mental Health’s Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse and the Committed Caring Faith Communities. She has facilitator certification in Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP).
While in undergraduate school she became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. where she served as the local chapter’s president and step captain for three years. As a leader and an administrator she was instrumental in reorganizing, marketing and recruiting, not only did her efforts take on local recognition but was nationally recognized as well.
Dr. Mims accepted the call to pastor and to preach in February 1996 at her childhood church, Union Memorial United Methodist Church, where she became the first African American female, raised in the church, to be called to set apart ministry. While there she became the project director, designed, developed and implemented three Welfare to Work Programs that placed over 500 persons in employment with a staff of three. She also served as the Minister of Christian Education and Church Administrator.
While at Eden she was selected for two consecutive years as co-facilitator of the African & African American Students at Eden Networking Denominationally (AAASEND). While holding this position a quarterly evening African American worship service was implemented and held on the campus. AAASEND’s participation in bi-monthly meetings increased, cohesiveness across denominational lines increase on and off campus. At the same time she became the first African American as well as the first African American Woman to pastor Mt. Auburn-Wesley United Methodist Church.
Presently she is co-founder/co-pastor of Barak Christian Church in Hazelwood, MO. At Barak, she systematically applies the infra-structure and insights to the administration of the church. She does pastoral care and counseling and mentoring. She undergirds the ministry areas of the church not only with administrative support but with theological guidance to ensure effective and efficient ministry outcomes as well as helping members to find their fulfillment in doing ministry as servants of Christ Jesus.
Dr. Mims teaches classes on Thinking Theologically, History of Christianity, Christian Education and Administration at Barak LMD School of Learning for clergy and laity.
Her passion in ministry is to change the internal identity of the church (in reach) by empowering and motivating Christians to become more serious about discipleship.
Dr. Mims is married to her friend and mentor, the Reverend Dr. Lynn R. Mims. They have one daughter and three grandchildren. Others have often noted the smile on her face whenever her husband enters the room.
Dr. Dorothy J. Haire (a mother of four and grandmother of seven) is a licensed, ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Ordained in 1995, she founded and became pastor of Bread of Life Christian Church in the same year. She is also the founder and president of two other ministries – Manna Ministries, Inc. (1991 – 2011) and Family Enrichment Program (1999 – to present).
She has earned four degrees – two secular and two religious. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She has also earned a Master of Theology Degree from Covenant Theological Seminary in Creve Coeur, MO in 1996 and a Doctor of Ministry Degree at Beacon University in Columbus, GA in 2007. Dr. Haire taught at Life Christian University at the Quincy and Bloomington, Illinois campuses from 2009 to 2012. She is presently an instructor at the East St. Louis campus.
Adding “writer” to her credits, Dr. Haire is presently a columnist for The Sparkman Christian Magazine. Understanding the importance of being involved in the community, Dr. Haire served as a member of the Ministers United against Human Suffering Board who oversees the Second Chance Shelter for homeless families and is presently a member of the St. Louis Metropolitan Clergy Coalition. She is also a Board member of PreacherWoman.
An anointed pastor-teacher, Dr. Haire ministers wherever people are hungry for relevant Biblical truth for every area of life. Her greatest desires are (1) that the Body of Christ would study to show itself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the world of truth (II Timothy 2:15) and (2) then become doers of the word, and not hearers only (James 1:22).
Pastor Cecile Jackson, a native of Birmingham, Alabama, is the wife of Dr. Carl E. Jackson, and serves as the First Lady of RODD Christian Church in St Louis, MO., while serving alongside her beloved husband, RODD’s Senior Pastor and Founder.
Pastor Cecile serves as Overseer of “Women of Distinction” a women’s ministry designed to encourage, equip and motivate women by offering free gatherings every other month unifying women from different denominations, backgrounds, and cultures for an opportunity to not only hear the Word of God and arming them with practical application tools to assist them in their daily lives.
Pastor Cecile considers it a privilege to serve women by assisting them with intellectually knowing the truths of Scripture with an emphasis on developing responsible, obedient, disciplined, disciples. Her goal is to encourage and empowering them to be Spirit led women.
Academically, Pastor Cecile earned an Associates’ Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri St. Louis, and from the Midwest College of Theology St. Louis, she’s earned Associate's, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees in Biblical Studies.
Pastor Cecile is a servant, a remnant leader who heard the call, answered the call, and obeyed the call to pursue, nurture, and gather. With a strong burden for the lost and the remnant, Pastor Cecile openly imparts and builds broken people while tearing down old systems by teaching God’s people the significance of “healing the people not just dealing with people”.
Having an insatiable appetite to be and remain in the presence of God for others, Pastor Cecile is a profound and much sought after prayer warrior and intercessor. Her desire to continue and progress in her pursuit of serving God in the spirit of excellence is displayed in all of her ministry opportunities.
Pastor Cecile and her husband reside in Florissant, MO and they are the parents of two amazing daughters and they have two precious grandsons.
